Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the CV writing service as agreed upon within the specified timeframe.
Unsatisfactory Quality: If the quality of the delivered CV does not meet the standards outlined in our service agreement, and reasonable attempts to revise the CV have been unsuccessful.
Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that work on your CV has not yet commenced.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been delivered.
Incomplete Information: If you fail to provide the necessary information required to complete the CV writing service.
Revision Process: If you have already approved the final version of the CV.
Outside Refund Window: If the request for a refund is made beyond the timeframes specified above.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support team at sales@resumeera.com within 7 days of receiving your CV, providing detailed reasons for your refund request and any supporting evidence.
Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information or clarification.
Decision: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request within 14 days of receiving all necessary information. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if we determine that a portion of the service was satisfactorily provided. The amount of the partial refund will be determined at our discretion based on the work completed and the reasons for the refund request.
We encourage clients to utilize our revision process to ensure satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the initial draft of your CV, please contact us to request revisions. We offer Unlimited Revisions within 60 days of the initial delivery.
